- Provide Complete Voucher Details
Include all essential information:
- Screenshots of the voucher value from the provider’s website
- Last name, date of birth
- Any other details required to use the voucher
Incomplete or incorrect information can delay payment even till travel date or cancel your sale.
- Payment Release Timeline
Payment will be released 5 days after the buyer receives the voucher information. Missing or incomplete verification may delay payment until the travel date.
- Use the Correct Email
Always use the email associated with the voucher. Buyers may request verification codes sent to this email to confirm authenticity. Not sharing these codes may put your payment on hold even up to completion of trip.
- Clear Retractions and Notes
Provide as much clarification as possible in voucher details and retraction requests. This prevents misunderstandings and ensures smoother transactions.
- Secure Selling Process
Following our process ensures a safe and smooth sale:
- List your voucher – Buyer contacts you – Negotiate and finalize the deal – Send us voucher info along with buyer details – Buyer pays us – We release voucher details to the buyer – We charge 12% commission from the sold price – You receive payment via PayPal after 5 days
