By accessing and using Bhflights.com—including our Voucher Marketplace and travel coordination features—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Platform Purpose & Role

Bhflights.com is a user-to-user coordination and listing platform for airline vouchers and travel assistance. We provide tools to help buyers and sellers connect, verify ownership, and facilitate secure transactions.

We are not a travel agency, payment processor, escrow agent, airline, or financial institution. We do not own, guarantee, or fulfill any vouchers or travel services.

2. Our Facilitation Role

We may, upon request and during business hours (GMT-5, 9 AM–7 PM), assist users by:

  • Creating a 3-way WhatsApp group (Buyer + Seller + Bhflights) for coordination;
  • Receiving voucher details from sellers for conditional release;
  • Forwarding voucher information to buyers only after the seller confirms payment receipt;
  • Accepting a voluntary facilitation appreciation fee (suggested 5%) via Stripe.

This fee is optional, non-refundable, and not a service contract. It does not guarantee voucher validity, airline approval, or transaction success.

3. No Transactional or Payment Responsibility

All financial transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. We:

  • Do NOT handle, hold, or process transaction payments;
  • Do NOT guarantee the authenticity, transferability, or usability of any voucher;
  • Do NOT verify airline policies, name-change rules, or future flight availability;
  • Do NOT resolve payment disputes or provide buyer/seller protection.

You are solely responsible for choosing secure payment methods (e.g., PayPal “Goods & Services”, BTC, ETH, e-Transfer with security question), verifying the other party, and completing transactions safely.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information in all listings and communications;
  • Verify the airline-linked email of the other party before transacting;
  • Use secure payment methods and retain proof of payment;
  • Contact the airline together during voucher redemption (via call, chat, or email);
  • Comply with all applicable laws, airline terms, and travel regulations;
  • Assume full risk for all transactions and travel outcomes.

5. Travel Helpers & Seekers Disclaimer

The Travel Helper & Seeker feature is for informal networking only. We do not vet, endorse, or supervise any travel arrangements. You assume all risks related to missed flights, immigration issues, personal safety, or travel disruptions.

6. No Warranty

The site and all services are provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhflights.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including:

  • Financial loss, fraud, or chargebacks;
  • Invalid, canceled, or double-used vouchers;
  • Travel disruptions or airline policy changes;
  • Actions or omissions of other users;
  • Website downtime, errors, or security breaches.

Your use of this platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings;
  • Use the platform for illegal activities (e.g., money laundering);
  • Harass users or bypass the WhatsApp coordination system;
  • Attempt to harm or exploit other users.

9. Account & Content Management

We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or terminate access at any time, without notice, to protect platform integrity.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bhflights.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or interactions with other users.

11. Third-Party Services

We may reference or link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe, WhatsApp, crypto wallets, airline websites). We do not control or endorse them. Your use of these services is at your own risk.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
