  • Listing Data: Sellers provide airline, voucher value, expiry date, and screenshots (which may include partial voucher codes).
  • Communication Logs: Messages exchanged in our WhatsApp coordination group (managed by you and the parties—not stored on our servers).
  • Optional Facilitation Fee: If you send a voluntary fee via Stripe, Stripe (not us) processes your payment details. We only receive confirmation of payment.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

  • Enable secure buyer-seller connections;
  • Create and manage WhatsApp coordination groups (during GMT-5, 9 AM–7 PM);
  • Forward voucher details only after payment confirmation;
  • Respond to support requests;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We **do not** sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We **do not** handle transaction payments between buyers and sellers.

3. WhatsApp & Data Control

WhatsApp is a third-party service owned by Meta. When we create a coordination group, all messages are stored on WhatsApp’s servers—not ours. We do not archive, monitor, or retain copies of your conversations. You control your WhatsApp data and should keep your own records of important messages, payment proofs, and airline confirmations.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and listing data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing info@bhflights.com.
