The voluntary act by which a registered user registers to become a Flight guide and provides their upcoming travel details on Bhflghts.com initiates the process of finding, connecting, and selecting the counter parties to be the flight guide. Registered users at BHflights agree to the following:
01. As outlined on www.bhflights.com, the “BHflights Agreement” applies jointly and severally with the “User Agreement” and “Privacy Policy”.
02. BHflights’ role in the process is strictly for the purpose of providing our services by following the principle of lawful, fair, and transparent use of personal data provided by our visitors to our website and mobile application, those who create login IDs and use our services.
03. By registering on www.bhflights.com, the user agrees to share their profile and travel information with counter parties seeking travel assistance.
04. Before committing to travel together as Flight guide, the registered user acknowledges that they are willing to connect with and communicate with counter parties.
05. Registered users agree that BHflights may access and record communication between counter parties to ensure courtesy, decency and decorum is maintained while communicating through the in-built feature.
06. It is understood that the act of offering their service as a BHflights does not guarantee success in finding a match and entering into a co-traveler relationship.
07. Along with the ‘user agreement’ and other terms and conditions defined elsewhere, the BHflights Agreement, Flight guide seeker Agreement, and Flight guide Agreement make up one travel agreement.
08. Registered users agree to treat flight guide seekers fairly and reasonably in accordance with the letter and spirit of the objectives of www.bhflights.com.
09. Registered users indemnify BHflights from all and any consequences and liabilities resulting from the behavior or actions of their flight guides during the voyage, whether in their individual capacities or collectively.
10. As a registered user, you acknowledge and agree that BHflights is only a facilitator, and the success of the services depends solely on your behavior.
11. The registered user acknowledges and understands their obligation as a BHflights is limited to providing non-medical travel companion services to travelers and anything beyond that is at the own free will and mutual consent of the co-travelers, for which BHflights is not responsible.
Flight guide seeker
By registering to be a “flight guide seeker” on www.bhflights.com and providing their upcoming travel details, a registered user initiates the process of finding, connecting, and selecting co-travelers. The flight guide seekers agree to the following:
01. The “flight guide seeker” is applicable both jointly and severally with the other agreements like the ‘user agreement’ and “privacy policy” as outlined on www.bhflights.com .
02. BHflights uses relevant data only for the purpose of providing our services following the principle of lawful, fair and transparent use of personal information provided by those who visit our website and use our mobile app.
03. The flight guide and the flight guide seeker are different, states that they hold the right to enter into agreements on behalf of themselves by virtue of being responsible to each other.
04. The registered user(s) agrees to share their profile and travel itinerary with counter parties looking for travel assistance provided through www.bhflights.com.
05. The registered user agrees that they are willing to connect with and communicate with counter parties in order to assess compatibility before agreeing to travel together, or communicate at airport.
06. The registered user agrees that BHflights. may ask communication details between counter parties to ensure courtesy, decency and decorum is maintained while communicating through any medium listed on BHflights platform.
07. The registered users agree that the act of sharing their request for travel help does not guarantee the success of finding a match and entering an arrangement.
08. The ‘Flight guide agreement’, ‘Flight guide seeker agreement’ and ‘BHflights agreement’ constitute one travel agreement that shall be applicable jointly and separately, along with other terms & conditions defined elsewhere.
09. The registered user agrees to show reasonable, respectable and fair use of BHflightss as per the letter and spirit of the aim of the services provided by www.bhflights.com .
10. The registered user indemnifies BHflights, from any and or all the consequences and liabilities resulting from the behaviour or actions or both of the co-travelers during the journey, airport communication in their individual capacity or together.
11. The registered user (s) recognizes and agrees that BHflights hundred percent limited to just a facilitator, communication medium, and the success of the services depends solely on the behaviour and action of the registered users availing the services.
12. The registered user (s) acknowledges and understands their obligation as a flight guide seeker is limited to receiving non-medical travel help, directional help at airport premises companion services, from BHflightss and anything within and beyond that is at the own free-will and mutual consent of the co-travelers for which BHflights bears no responsibility whatsoever.
13. The user agrees that by clicking to select the BHflights or preference to the BHflights when there are over one BHflights available, and by paying the service fee the user evokes a set of agreements as mentioned in the paragraph 10 and provides his consent to enter the legally enforceable contract.
14. The user acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to the terms & conditions of the set of the agreements together, making up the flight guide agreement.
Flight guide agreement
The BHflights and flight guide, by agreeing to the ‘BHflights Agreement’ and the ‘flight guide seeker Agreement’ respectively, do hereby make up this agreement and agree to execute their respective liabilities to enjoy and reap the rights associated thereto in coherence with the aim of the services offered by BHflights. Each party(Flight guide and Flight guide seeker) are responsible for buying their travel tickets, related travel and medical insurance and other expenses. Rescheduling of travel will be governed by the “cancellation policy” of respective providers and for any loss or inconvenience. BHflights is not responsible any loss because of flight cancellation, delays, and any other sort of loss.

This agreement shall automatically be activated upon execution of the respective BHflights Agreement and Flight guide seeker Agreement.
