How does it work?
The same plan is available in the monthly payment option. They will deduct 1st and last, and the remaining monthly payments will begin when your parents arrive in Canada.

Is the super visa monthly payment plan refundable?
It is refundable, as it is with other plans, such as if they deny your visa, if your parents cannot come because of an emergency, or status change, but there may be $50 administrative charges.
They refund the remaining days if your parents return early, and also if their immigration status changes, such as getting a PR while on a super visa.
In both plans, the total super visa insurance cost is the same, but the monthly payment plan carries a $50 administration fee.
Can I extend the date of landing on a super visa monthly payment plan?
The landing date can be extended. Inform your agent or insurance company before the start date. Mostly, changes to the landing date are free. But, after the enforcement date, date changes may be subject to administrative charges.
